When the Red Eyebrows entered Chang'an, Emperor Gengshi fled to Gaoling.
九月，赤眉入長安，更始奔高陵。

When the Red Eyebrows reached Gaoling, Wang Guang and Zhang Ang surrendered and together attacked the Dongdao Gate. In the ninth month the Red Eyebrows entered Chang'an, and Emperor Jing alone fled through the Zhufang Gate.
