What happened

Feng Fengshi beheaded the King of Shache, then reached far-off Dayuan in the west, was honored there, and obtained famous horses on his return. Su Wangzhi opposed this, saying that a case of mobilizing the regional troops of the Protectorate without royal command could not serve as a precedent.
