Huxi Yiji Commandant Gan Yanshou and Deputy Commandant Chen Tang mobilized Western Regions troops and attacked Zhizhi Chanyu; in winter they beheaded him and sent the head to Chang'an. (Book of Han (Hanshu), Imperial Annals 漢書卷009 元帝建昭三年秋)
