What happened

Guangwu offered the feng sacrifice on Mount Tai and the shan sacrifice at Liangfu. (Book of the Later Han (Hou Hanshu), Annals 後漢書卷1下光武帝紀下中元1年)
Emperor Guangwu was moved by the words 'the Luo River's ch'i-liu and chiu-she, the name of the great ancestors' in the Ho-t'u hui-ch'ang fu, and ordered Yang Song to investigate the Luo prophetic texts.
